NormiePay is a launchpad for pump.fun coins that send their creator fees to a real person who asked for help on X. This page explains where the money goes at each step.

How it works

1. Someone on X posts that they need help: a vet bill, a hospital bill, rent, groceries, a funeral, a house fire.
2. Anyone launches a pump.fun coin for that post from their own wallet. In the launch transaction the coin's creator fees are locked 100% to a vault that belongs to the person who wrote the post.
3. As the coin trades, creator fees build up. They are moved into the person's vault.
4. We tell the person on X. They log in here with their X account and withdraw to any Solana wallet.

Why not X Money

UsePaid is great: it points a coin's fees at an X account. But the money reaches them through X Money, and not everyone has X Money or can afford it. The people posting about a vet bill they can't pay are exactly the people most likely to be left out.

Here the only thing a person needs is the X account they already posted from. Logging in with X proves who they are, and the money goes to any Solana wallet they choose: a free Phantom wallet, or an exchange deposit address (Coinbase, Kraken and others) where they can sell it for cash.

Who gets listed

Vaults

Each person gets one vault: a Solana wallet made for their X account. It is keyed by their X user id, which never changes even if they change their @handle, so every coin launched for them pays into the same vault. The vault's key is held by NormiePay's server and the only thing it ever signs is a withdrawal the person asked for.

Anyone can look up anyone's vault on the Claim page. The balance is on-chain and public.

Fees

$NORMIE buyback & burn

$NORMIE is NormiePay's own coin. Every 10 minutes its creator fees are claimed automatically, and 20% of every claim is spent buying $NORMIE: on the pump.fun curve, or through Jupiter once it has graduated. The tokens bought are burned in the same transaction as the buy, so there is never a moment where bought tokens sit unburned. Each claim and each burn carries an on-chain memo saying how much was claimed, spent and burned, and the numbers on the home page are read straight from those transactions.

How fees are locked

Every launch is one Solana transaction. If any step fails, none of it happens:

1. The coin is created on pump.fun.
2. Its fee sharing account is created. From then on the coin's creator fees collect in a vault that belongs to this one coin.
3. The fee sharing account is set to pay 100% to the person's vault.
4. Your first buy, if you added one.

The fee sharing account is managed by the NormiePay launch key, not by your wallet, so nobody who launches a coin can change where its fees go. Moving fees from the coin to the vault is permissionless on pump.fun, and they can only go to the vault listed in the account.

For launchers

You sign the launch with your own wallet (Phantom, Solflare or Backpack). We never hold your keys. If you add a first buy, those tokens are yours and you can sell them like any holder. You do not receive creator fees. Launching a coin for someone does not mean they endorse it, and buying the coin is not a donation: only the creator fees go to them.

Taking yourself off

If you are listed and don't want to be, message us on X and your post is removed from the site. Coins already launched stay on pump.fun (nobody can delete them), but they are hidden here, and their fees are still yours to claim whenever you want.

Check it yourself

• The launch key is .... It is the admin of every coin's fee sharing account, which is how this site finds the coins: they are read from the chain, not from a list we keep.
• Each coin's website on pump.fun is the post it was launched for, and its fee sharing account lists exactly one shareholder at 100%: that person's vault.
• Every withdrawal is a Solana transfer from a vault with a memo naming the X account it was for.

No guarantees

A coin can earn very little. Fees depend on trading volume, and many coins earn almost nothing. Coins launched here are not investments. NormiePay is not affiliated with X, UsePaid, pump.fun or any person listed, and a listing does not mean we have checked their story beyond the rules above.
